Using Internet ads to connect potential customers with dentists is a challenge for Larry Twersky, president of 1-800 Dentist.People with toothaches prefer calling the company's live representatives to get a recommendation for a dentist.
Simply linking them to the company's Web site, as Internet ads generally do, doesn't quite compare.A new kind of online marketing has won Twersky's praise, though.
